We started this brand because we’ve always struggled to find pieces that felt clean, powerful, and understated — until we began curating them ourselves.
Every item you’ll find here is hand-selected from fashion labels whose design language aligns with ours: modern, minimal, and quietly bold.
We openly share the name of each original brand, because we believe great design deserves recognition. Most pieces are shipped fast from U.S.-based warehouses — so you won’t wait weeks to look sharp.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and items in your cart.
We offer fast domestic shipping within the U.S., and international rates are shown before payment.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
You can also track it anytime via the "Track My Order" link on our homepage.
How is my order shipped?
We work with trusted fulfillment partners to deliver your order safely and on time.
Some items ship from our U.S. warehouse, while others may come from international facilities — depending on availability and your delivery location.
We currently ship with leading carriers such as: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and YunExpress.
📦 You’ll receive full tracking for every shipment. Please note: Some orders may arrive in separate packages.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase — if processing has not begun. After that, cancellations may not be guaranteed due to our rapid fulfillment process. If eligible, you’ll see a “Cancel Order” button in your order details.
Once the order is in processing or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
We appreciate your understanding — we move fast to deliver with precision.
Returns & Final Sale
What is your return policy?
Eligibility: Returns are available only for U.S. orders. International orders are not eligible at this time. We want you to love what you ordered. While most items are final sale due to hygiene and sourcing reasons, we’re here to help if your item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Return Conditions:
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags
- Must be returned in original clear packaging with SKU label attached
- Return request must be submitted within 5 days of delivery
- Item must be shipped back within 5 days of approval
⚠️ For split shipments, return window starts from the delivery date of the last Item
Additional Guidelines:
- Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be denied or incur a 20% restocking fee
- Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items
→ We do not accept returns for reasons related to sizing, personal preference, or buyer’s remorse - 📸 Photos of the item and packaging are required before return approval.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is incorrect or damaged
- Processing time is 5–7 business days after we receive your return
- A confirmation will be sent once your return has been reviewed

How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email us at info@minimalcriminal.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
We work with third-party logistics providers to ensure safe and timely returns.
To cover part of the return shipping and handling cost, a $8 fee applies for prepaid labels. You're also welcome to return via your own preferred courier.
Include:
- order number
- photos of the item and original packaging
We’ll review your request and guide you through the next steps.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer store credit only for approved returns. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.
Can I return an item if it doesn’t fit or I changed my mind?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for sizing, preference, or buyer’s remorse. Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items.
How long does a return take?
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. We’ll email you when your return is completed and your store credit is issued.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes — some items are final sale due to hygiene and sourcing policies. You’ll see these clearly marked on the product page before purchase.
Final sale items include: beauty, intimates, bodysuits, masks, swimwear, jewelry, and any item marked FINAL SALE.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
A flat fee of $8 will be deducted from your store credit if you request a prepaid return label from us.

Where do your products ship from?
We partner with trusted production teams in the US and abroad. Most items ship from the US, but some are fulfilled internationally. If an item is shipped from outside the US, it will be noted as “imported” in the product description.

We source our products from trusted partners both in the U.S. and internationally.
Each item is carefully selected for its quality, design, and alignment with our brand values.
You’ll find some pieces fulfilled from within the U.S., while others are crafted overseas by manufacturers we trust.
We don’t produce in bulk — we curate intentionally.
Why do some pieces include another brand name?
Some pieces are designed and fulfilled by our suppliers under their own labels. When this applies, we transparently credit the original brand in the product description — because great design deserves recognition.
Are all pieces exclusive to Minimal Criminal™?
Not always. While every item is handpicked to reflect our aesthetic and values, some styles are available through our premium supplier partners. What makes them “ours” is the intentional curation behind each choice.
